Walt Stoll, M.D.

Walt Stoll, M.D. is one of the nation's leading experts on holistic and alternative medicine. Dr. Stoll is author of the prophetic book addressing our changing healthcare system, Saving Yourself from the Disease Care Crisis, and has been mentioned in the NY Times, Newsweek, and Prevention Magazine. He has appeared on radio and television including the Gary Null Show and PM Magazine. Dr. Stoll received his BA in psychology from Western Reserve University and his M.D. from Ohio State University.

During the first 13 years of his practice, he offered only conventional medicine to his patients. However, after experiencing astonishing improvements to his own health using alternative approaches, he added many of the world's healing philosophies, and his patients' results improved dramatically. Dr. Stoll was a founding member of the American Holistic Medical Association, and he practiced more than 30 years as a board-certified family practitioner.

After retiring in 1994, Dr. Stoll continues to share his knowledge and experience in holistic medicine through his books and his interactive website, www.askwaltstollmd.com. Dr. Stoll empowers individuals to take charge of their own health, to consider a paradigm shift that will lead to experiencing profound and lasting changes in their health, and enjoy dynamic well-being in all levels of life.

Jan DeCourtney, C.M.T. is a holistic certified massage therapist and author of her award-winning website, www.lifespringarts.com. Jan practices in Boulder, Colorado where she integrates Therapeutic Massage, Dr. Stoll's 3LS Wellness Program, and a variety of healing modalities into a dynamic program of assisted and self-help wellness care for her clients. Jan motivates and inspires individuals to use their own resourcefulness and follow the wisdom of their own bodies to create the most profound and lasting healing.

After experiencing tremendous health benefit from following his advice, Jan undertook the writing of Recapture Your Health with Dr. Stoll to share the 3LS Wellness Program and other self-help methods with all people. She has been in practice since 1997.
